historic 1800's Manchester Center landmark offers you the charms and
comforts of an authentic Vermont Bed and Breakfast inn.
The Common Rooms include a gracious conversation area with a cheery,
warming stove and a cozy library where you may play a game of chess or sip a
complimentary brandy while losing yourself in a good book. Breakfast is
served in our candlelit dining room at intimate tables set for two.
Take a leisurely stroll on our expansive grounds right at the foot of Mount
Equinox or lounge on the sunny deck overlooking the duck pond and the
carefully tended New England gardens.
In the seasons, ski, hike, cycle, canoe, fish, explore or spend the day shopping in some of Vermont's finest stores, designer outlets and antique shops. Savor the fare at the area's many fine restaurants for lunches and dinners. Walk through the quaint village on sidewalks made from local marble. Breathe the clean air and steep yourself in fascinating early American history. You will find the Seth Warner Inn to truly be the inn for all seasons. |

Spacious guest rooms feature exposed beams, hand stenciled wall trim and
queen size canopy beds with country quilts. Each room has its own distinctive
antiques, artwork and a full private bath.
Rates include full breakfast. If you wish a particular room
please let us know when you make reservations. We will
make every effort to make that room available to you.
All rooms are air-conditioned in Summer. All rooms have
individual thermostat heating controls in Winter.
If you have special dietary requirements please let us
know when you make reservations.
Rooms are designed for two adults. We are not
equipped to handle children under the age of ten
years. Sorry, no pets.
