The Hob Knob Inn, Stowe's first Ski lodge, is a pet friendly country inn located on the Mountain Road two miles from the center of Stowe Village and three miles from Mount Mansfield. Our ten beautiful hillside acres include wide lawns, flower gardens, peaceful ponds and a surrounding forest of white birch, maple and pine. We offer the convenience of easy access to all that Stowe has to offer – less than a mile to Stowe Country Club, horseback riding, hiking or sleigh rides – while our substantial elevated property creates a private estate setting for you to relax and unwind. |

The original Hob Knob building - Stowe's First Ski Lodge - includes our spacious dining room with floor to ceiling windows offering views of Mt. Mansfield and the Little River. It also houses our lounge, the office, two guest rooms with fireplaces and a suite with a fireplace and a Jacuzzi.
Farther up the hillside, well removed from traffic, is the Lodge It offers 17 spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with private entrances and connecting interior hallways. Built on the side of a ridge, rooms in the Lodge offer spectacular views of Mount Mansfield and the surrounding country side. All of these rooms have two queen or one king bed, cable TV, radios, telephones, hair dryers, in-room coffee, air conditioning and large picture windows. Most have balconies or patios. A sparkling pool next to the Lodge invites you to sun and swim in the summer.
Your lodging includes a full country breakfast each morning during our regular season. Our Dining Room offers sophisticated but casual fine dining featuring Certified Angus Steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, veal and duck entrees. We feature extensive wine and beer lists in addition to full bar service. In cold weather the fireplaces in the Lounge and Dining Room warm both body and soul.
