Our historic Vermont village is graced by clapboard buildings and a white steepled church. Attentive shopkeepers and local craftspeople will greet you with a smile. The number and variety of restaurants would impress any world traveler. And the area is legendary for outdoor adventure! With famous Stowe Mountain Resort just up the road, Stowe has long been known as "The Ski Capital of the East." Other winter-wonderland activities include romantic horsedrawn sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, or just playing in the snow. In the warmer months, enjoy first-rate golf, hiking, canoeing, fly-fishing, antiquing, and scenic drives through covered bridges, just to name a few. All nine of our romantic guest rooms with private baths offer the same luxurious amenities, and all are the same size. Consequently, all rooms are available at the same seasonal room rate. However, each room is uniquely decorated and has a different color scheme, as well as a different view. All rooms accommodate a maximum of two people, and all rooms are non-smoking.<br />
