The Thatcher Brook Inn is a full-service bed and breakfast inn and is listed on the Vermont Register of Historic Buildings. Our twin gazebo front porch with high-back rocking chairs and white wooden railing evokes a romantic mood from the past.
With antiques and fireplaces at every turn, a comfortable sitting room, and 22 finely appointed guest bed rooms, (many featuring whirlpools or fireplaces), you'll find everything you need when you come to Vermont.

Each room at this Vermont bed and breakfast is distinct. All are designed with comfort in mind, and tastefully appointed with antiques. If you want a romantic room with fireplace and/or whirlpool bath, a luxury suite, or simply an old-fashioned bed in a classic New England inn, the Thatcher Brook Inn can accommodate you.
Guest rooms are scattered throughout the Inn, comprised of three buildings. The Main House is home to sixteen charming guest rooms, most of them on the second floor, and some accessible via the porch. The Carriage House accommodates two guest rooms with gas-burning fireplaces, whirlpool baths and extensive sitting areas. The Wheeler House, the original home of lumber baron Stedman Wheeler, offers rooms upstairs and downstairs that are cozy and warm.
Whatever room you choose at Thatcher Brook, you'll find a private bath, some with whirlpools. We offer a range of rooms, at a range of prices and each day begins with a full country breakfast. |
